Making Neon Lights in Fireworks.

Step 1 - Background
To start, find a picture of a good brick wall on Google.com.
After importing the image, you're going to darken it up. Make a box to cover your picture of the wall.
Give it a Gradient Radial with the color #000 and set the opacity at the center to 40%. Then apply
the Overlay blend to the rectangle.
Step 2 - Setting up the background
Now we're going to darken up a section of the background so the Neon Signs stand out more
against the wall.Create a shape like the one I did and set the color to #000. After that, apply
an 88 Feather and blend Overlay.
Step 3 - Pink Neon Sign
To make a Neon sign, we're going to make a copy of the text right on top of the other text, but each will have different effects on it.. Write your text and duplicate this layer. The top layer will be Pink 1, and the bottom one Pink 2. Use the values I used to make your own.. The colors we're using in each layer are:
Pink 1: #FFF - Glow #FF33FF
Pink 2: #F5C4D9 - Glow #FF33FF

Step 4 - Yellow Neon Signs
Your next text will get duplicated and such just like the last step. They will be Yellow 1 and Yellow 2.The colors we're using in each layer are:
Yellow 1: #FFF - Glow #FFFF00
Yellow 2: #FFFF33 - Glow #FFFF33

Step 5 - Blue Neon Signs
You will follow the same steps for this Neon sign as the last ones. Make 2 copies and name then Blue 1 and Blue 2
Blue 1: #FFF - Glow #00CCFF
Blue 2: #FFF - Glow #0099FF

After you finish your neon signs you should end up with something like this.
